EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

We look forward to your participation this year on May 8, 2025 - healthy, safe and ready to celebrate the nursing profession and the nurses in our region.  For questions and for space assignment, please contact us at exhibitorinfo@metrolinanursing.com.

An exhibit table is $200.00 and includes a covered table and 2 chairs.  Of course, you may bring your own table cover and display. We also request you bring two door prizes valued at $25.00.  When completing the exhibitor registration, please note the following options:

• Donation - There are five (5) donation levels. Each level comes with added benefit(s).  If you choose to donate, you only need to choose one level.
  • ​Essential donor - $50.00 (Donor support noted on exhibitor page of website)
  • Bronze donor - $150.00 (Donor support noted on exhibitor page of website, recognized in slide show during the banquet)
  • Silver donor - $300.00 (Donor support noted on exhibitor page of website, recognized in slide show during the banquet, name on donor sign in lobby)
  • Gold donor - $500.00 (Donor support noted on exhibitor page of website, recognized in slide show during the banquet, name on donor sign in lobby, recognized by MCONO president from the stage)
  • Platinum donor - $750.00 (Donor support noted on exhibitor page of website, recognized in slide show during the banquet, name on donor sign in lobby, recognized by MCONO president from the stage, individual poster in the banquet hall)
• The cost of exhibitor registration does not include a banquet ticket. If you wish to attend the banquet, please go to "Banquet Registration". Thank you.
